First we saw Jumpers. It was pretty good, overall we both liked it. Of course it had great special effects but the movie ended so quick I was a little confused...
The very next night, we saw Fool's Gold. It was a cute romantic comedy, but if you were hoping it was another 'How to Lose a Guy' you will be disappointed. Wait to see it on video.
Then there was Be Kind Rewind. I thought from the previews it would be hilarious. But unfortunately, they took the only funny parts from the movie to make the trailer... It was one of those feel good movies that taught you a lesson about some jazz guy you have never heard of, yeah...skip it..jpg)
And Finally tonight, we went out with some of our favorite people to see Vantage Point. It was really pretty good. You just have to get past the fact that you see the same 20 or so minutes of the movie over and over again... 8 times in fact. But each time you learn more of the plot and see it from another person's view and yeah, I would say see it. Besides 'Jack' from Lost and Dennis Quaid are in it.Thanks Ryan & Nae we had a blast. I am still cringing a little from those poor souls dancing at the restaurant... At least the food was yummy!

A year ago last Christmas, Wade got a bunch of movie passes in his stocking. We finally used some this Christmas when National Treasure came out. Isn't that sad. One whole year. We love to go to the movies. It is just a matter of making the time!! Can't wait to see Fool's Gold.
I wonder if I'll ever get to go to the movies ever again....if I leave Rylie's sight she cries and cries and I just don't want to inflict that kind of punishment on an unsuspecting babysitter. Hmmm....on second thought maybe I should give my mother-in-law a call...*evil grin*
Thanks for telling us about the Rewind movie and Fool's Gold. Now I won't feel so bad not seeing them. I've kind of just gotten used to going to the Movie Spoiler web page and reading about the movies anyway...

Lucky...I love going to the movies but haven't been for a a while. I actually heard Jumper got really bad reviews - but you thought it was ok? Fool's Gold looks like a "video only". Thanks for the input! Glad you had fun times at the movies, to bad there were some not so great shows.

Spencer and I have really been wanting to see Vantage Point, so I'm glad to hear you liked it. And, luckily, I was already planning on renting Fool's Gold. I'm not a huge fan of Kate Hudson and I hated How to Lose a Guy... Thank goodness for redbox, since then it's only a dollar wasted if you hate it:)

Bummer about Fools Gold, I thought it looked cute. I just rented August Rush today and I loved it!! I also loved Becoming Jane that I watched just recently. I pretty much don't get out to the theater much these days! You are lucky to get to go see so many. I love seeing movies! Thanks again for the necklace, you're awesome.
Thanks for the movie reviews. I havne't seen a movie in, well way too long. I think the last movie I saw was Enchanted, does that count if it's a kid movie? I am jealous!
