Two for Two...

So, I guess I spoke too soon... Lucky for me I have a Doctor and Nurse in the family and on speed dial. I guess Braden had so much fun at the dunes doing a 'Superman' through the air, he thought he would try to do it again at home...
Not so much. He did have his bike helmet on, thankfully...He was actually playing ball with his brother, being SUPER sweet (for once), when he --honestly, I saw it and can't explain it, but his face met the concrete and WhAm... Poor boy! He has two very fat lips, and a very swollen-bruised nose. Thank goodness my pediatrician doesn't read my blog!

No worries, I am putting both my boys in walking lessons later this month...
Berk's nose a few weeks back, from a face + floor= pain episode...

Poor B-den... watch out for that concrete it'll jump up and get ya every time. Your boys just like to keep you on your toes.

Breaking your nose runs in the family, doncha know? Braden, Berk and I, we are all proud members of the Face and Floor Club. Hey, I can't complain-how often do you get plastic surgery for free?

No fun when kids get hurt, but it is inevitable. The other day for young womens we had Babysitting tips for the girls and were in the middle of saying how you should always tell the parents if kids get hurt. I had Emery with me because Bri wasn't off work yet and I said "We know our kids are crazy and get hurt even when they are with us"...just then Emery slipped through the back of the folding chair and landed on her head. Perfect timing.

Hi Caryn! You actually made her a bracelet to match that dress...you can't see it in the top picture, but you can see it in the picture farther down. I even linked it to your bracelet site :o)

What time does your ward start? We will be in Mesa for Lucas' ward at 9 AM, then brunch afterwards. We will probably be heading home around 1:00ish since I am sure Rylie will be quite tired and grumpy by then! If you guys are home we'd love to drop by! If not we will have to get together sometime very soon.

Speaking of tired and grumpy, that's where she's headed right now. Gotta go!
