Berkley's Birthday...

Well, since this month will never be a low key one in this house, I guess I have to get used to planning multiple birthdays in a short time! We were still flying by the survival routine here, so all of our birthday stuff got planned last minute.  Berk was especially lucky because his Aunt Kelcie drove down from Provo to be here for the weekend, AND his Uncle Loyle and Jen drove down for a week! So it was extra special!
Ready to go to preschool in his '5' shirt
But he had to hold Boston first.
When he got home he had his Cars balloons waiting, he was so excited. My kids really love balloons!

Don't you love his cheesy smile?!?
Aunt Kelcie got into town and came straight over to meet the baby.
After telling us for a week he wanted to go to Burger King for dinner, Kelcie was able to convince him to go to BJ's instead. After dinner we had the family, and the Robison's over for cake and ice cream!
Uncle Troy and his family got to meet Boston that night too!
His cake- he was very specific about what he wanted,
 Uncle Loyle meeting Boston!
And, oh wait, what is that shiny ring on Jen's finger?!? They are engaged!!! So excited to welcome Jen to the family!
Time for presents, what 5 year old doesn't like cold hard dollars!
Kelcie and her friend Kaycee who drove down with her. They got to spend a lot of time with the boys.
Who was more excited for him to open this present?? Me, Rusty or Berk? I think me.
He got an iPod Touch, and I finally get to have my phone back!
Loving the big story book from Max and Jack.
He blew out his candle when we were about to the "dear Berkley" part.  He cracks us up!

Berkley at five you have developed a bit of an attitude. You say "Hello" all the time. For example, "Mom, I don't know how to play this game, Hello!" We are working on how words can not be 'bad words' but can be said in a 'bad way'. He is very emotional right now, but I think the longer Boston is in the house the better he will adjust. He loves watching tv, and playing in the backyard. But his number one obsession is any games on an Apple device. He is a pro at all things iPhone, iPad and iPod. He is playing soccer and he actually likes it this year! He is a big helper, except when the babies are sleeping. We had decided he does NOT have a quiet voice. Berk, you crack us up, we love you!
