One last cruise post-the random things...

This is the LAST photo montage form the trip- I promise. I just had a ton of other random things that I wanted to have when I make my DVD later.

First I want to address everyone who told me before the cruise that "you don't even feel the boat move"-- Well, we sure did! Two of our three days at sea were so rough, even the crew was getting sick. We had 20 to 40 foot swells and they even made an announcement closing the upper /outside decks and advising everyone to wear flat soled shoes! Early in the morning before it was off limits we went to the tip top deck of the boat to watch the pool splash about and feel the wind. I was getting wet form spray, not from the pool, but the ocean, 11 decks below! ON the front of the boat it was so strong I could not walk forward. Rusty managed it though, but we were windburned when we were done. Braden was terrified that he would get blown overboard so we headed back down.

Also, there are a few videos of our waiter and his classic pre-dessert phrase, "It's Show time!" Poor Aldo we made him say it again and again so we could film it!

The rest are a modge podge of things we did on board. Enjoy the show, at least watch as far as the pool pictures, they are crazy!!!

That video of the water sloshing in the pool is crazy! I would have been so sick! I never knew big boats could rock like that!

What an awesome trip and an amazing memory for you guys!

BTW, did I tell you how jealous I am that you went to Pompeii? I have always been fascinated with Pompeii, ever since I studied it in elementary school!

OH don't let me forget when I see you this weekend that I have the tray to your Bumbo still!

Wow. My parents and Alan and Vicena are on a cruise right now, and the storms have been so bad that my dad and Alan were throwing up. Crazy!

Hey Caryn, I am just catching up on blogs and I have to say your trip sounds amazing. After reading all about the beautiful places you stopped I can't help but be jealous. Tim went to France on his mission and loves Monaco. Maybe one day we will make it back there. I loved reading all about your trip, and I'm glad you had such a wonderful time.

Holy cow, those pictures are crazy. I have to say that I think if I were on that boat I would have to be sedated. I would have been a mess. We were thinking of planning one to Egypt before we leave Cyprus. Now, I am completely terrified lol. Aside from that it looks amazing, you look beautiful and the kids are so cute!

Like Mary said, the first couple days on my parents ship was really bad. Yesterday was really calm though. I am glad you had a great time.

Seriously--my dream vacation. Maybe this could be the trip that makes up for Hawaii 97?

How weird that your boat shook so much! That was crazy watching the water sloshing around in the pool. I'm glad you guys didn't get blown away... :)

Could you be a bigger wuss?! I mean, a light breeze and a slight misting of water onto the deck and you get all excited!? Haha Those waves were crazy!

Wow! Without the video and pictures you got of the pool, I couldn't have pictured how bad it was! All in all, it seems like you had a wonderful trip!
