It is as bad as you think...
We are rearranging rooms in the house to make room for this new baby boy. In the process, I will be losing my craft room/ sewing room/ scrapbook room. I'm trying not to cry about it. So I have had to go through a LOT of things- it's become the dumping grounds at our house ya know- and find new places for nearly EVERYTHING!.
First, I realized I had no idea what was in any of my laundry room cupboards. So, I started the purge there, and decided it would be a great spot for my most essential crafting things.
Then came the rest of the office. At the end of a week of HARD work, I had 3 trash bags, 5 bag for DI and a bunch more stuff to find places for! EEK!
The office is very much in between right now. The desk still has to come out. I need to find a place for my scanner and my 12x12 printer. Oh, and see that big pink bookcase on the right?? Yeah, we have had many discussions about it's future destination. Obviously it is getting painted, but it only fits so many spots in the house seeing how it's about 6 feet long. My brother made it for me to house all my scrapbooks. For the time being it will stay where it's at and the rest of the baby furniture will hopefully find a way in there too.
We plan on doing a little addition upstairs for storage and when that happens all my holiday decor will go in there, leaving room for all the space bags of clothes for the kids to fill in.
But until then, This is the best I could do. Thankfully the baby won't need too much closet space at first ;)
We still have to refinish Braden's navy bed set and get the rooms switched, but I feel a little more like there is a place for B4 to come home to in October.

I love that you posted photos of your nesting. I fully appreciate all of your hard core organizational skills. Seriously, mad props to you for optimal storage solutions. Yay for baby #4! I hope you let me take some photos of him. :)
Way to go! I only have 2 1/2 months left and have done no nesting. Bed rest doesn't help, though. I'm starting to feel frustrated because there's so many things I want to do and can't! We usually keep the baby in our room in a bassinet for a couple of months, so maybe that's when I can take care of things . . .
So much work, but doesn't it feel good? I can relate as I moved around 3 rooms to make room for the boy. Love the pictures of your progress.
